General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Ms. Delorme will welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. To facilitate our organization, we will kindly ask you to indicate your arrival time a few days before.
Please note that arrivals are not possible on Sundays
Departure
Departure before 11 a.m. (precise time to be set with Mrs. Delorme on site);
When you leave, the dishes must be done, the bins emptied and the bed unmade.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Free cancellation more than 30 days away.
Between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50%.
Less than 7 days away, the stay will not be refunded
Upon arrival, a deposit of €200 will be required. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure, if no damage has been found.

It is important to note that the rate shown does not take into account the tourist tax. This is due for any stay. It amounts to 5% of the rental amount with a ceiling of €3 per night. On the other hand, an additional tax of 10% is added for the department. The amount of the tax will be specified for any reservation request.
Cleaning
Cleaning is done on arrival. You must leave the apartment in good condition when you leave.
