Mme Delorme welcomes you to her property in the heart of Toucy, in Burgundy: an elegant bourgeois house from the mid-nineteenth century, outbuildings and a beautiful park at the foot of the town's fortified church. The cottage is a studio apartment in one of the outbuildings, nicely rehabilitated, with all modern comforts.


The studio is located on the ground floor, with direct access to a private garden. It is a flowery space where you will love to have coffee or an aperitif, or even sit down with a good book to enjoy the singing of the birds...


Inside, a large room serves as a kitchen – living room – bedroom. Tastefully decorated in pastel tones, it invites you to relax. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. You will find the necessary crockery as well as a dining area for your meals.


The bedroom side is cozy with its 160 cm bed and its quilt with old-world charm. A lounge area is also available with armchairs and a wood stove for cooler evenings. The large bay window overlooks the courtyard and the fortified church.


In addition, a bathroom, with walk-in shower and toilet, offers enough space for storing all your belongings.


A private garden is available: garden furniture and deckchairs invite you to relax!


This small cottage is both delicate and functional: you will spend pleasant moments in a comfortable space where everything is planned for your well-being.

General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Ms. Delorme will welcome you between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. To facilitate our organization, we will kindly ask you to indicate your arrival time a few days before.
Please note that arrivals are not possible on Sundays
Departure
Departure before 11 a.m. (precise time to be set with Mrs. Delorme on site);
When you leave, the dishes must be done, the bins emptied and the bed unmade.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Free cancellation more than 30 days away.
Between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50%.
Less than 7 days away, the stay will not be refunded
